I was a first time home buyer in a crazy market that I knew would be extremely tough to get an accepted offer. When I was looking for a realtor in today’s market, I looked for someone who would be honest and always keep my interests first, not be all about the sale. They did just that. They made showings fun and continuously worked around my schedule. I never felt rushed to put an offer in, and they were always ready to go to the next showing. The moment I asked to see a place, they made it happen around my schedule. We saw approximately 40 places without putting a single offer in and they never once pushed me towards a place. I never felt rushed or bad about the amount of homes we toured. They would have been willing to see 1000 places before I found my dream home.
I asked Justin in every home we went to, to give me honest feedback about the foundation and other major expenses he could see down the line with a house. In every house we looked at, he was very informative about potential issues I may have. He was very knowledgeable about major components in every house and what they cost to replace. He helped with every concern I had.
